The Cliff Bay - Portobay Hotel Funchal , Funchal (Madeira)

My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were beautiful and clean, with a lovely view over the harbor, although being on the 2nd floor. The cooked-to-order menu was a nice touch, adding to the overall charm of the room. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful holiday experience for everyone.

My stay at The Cliff Bay was absolutely perfect. The rooms were lovely, as were the pools, restaurants, and the staff was spotlessly clean and totally comfortable. Everything needed to ensure a fantastic stay was provided, making my experience exceptional. However, I did notice that the Espa products were available in the showers but not in the hotel rooms, which was a minor inconvenience. The spaciousness of the rooms also accommodated the mobility scooter I hired externally, which was a great addition.
